Kitty Glitter

With over 15 years experience of performing Drag Shows in Sydney, Kitty Glitter knew the time was right to sprinkle another layer of sparkle to her already shining persona after winning Sydney’s Favourite Drag Queen at DIVA in 2006. With a lifelong passion for dance music, it wasn’t long before word spread that this feisty feline was trick on the decks!

Styles: House | Club | Handbag | Commercial Dance

Launching as a glamorous DJ in 2006, Kitty went on to win Most Popular DJ at the awards in 2007 and again every year since! Her uplifting vocal house sets ensured she got to play all over Australia and at major events such as The Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras , Sleaze Ball, and Homesexual…alongside such greats as The Freemasons, Tony Moran, Wayne G & Offer Nissim, in her first year as a DJ!

Her unique style and energy, along with her impromptu performances while spinning tunes, allows her to showcase her sensational new entertainment package, and guarantees an inferno on any dance floor. Recently returning from her debut in New York and Toronto for Pride 2010, Kitty’s destiny as an international player is set in solid gold, with new fans around the world aching for more.

With a strong fan base growing each year, Kitty Glitter is a sure drawcard for any event that requires the latest and greatest in cutting edge music, fashion and entertainment.

“Unlike any DJ appearance I’ve ever experienced, Kitty’s debut in the Pines took Fire Island by an unparalleled storm of excitement-the electricity and energy nearly shook the Pavilion off its foundations. The crowds are still asking when Ms. Glitter will come back to share her light, vibes, and fireworks with the masses. A supernova is born, and the nightlife landscape will never be the same.”

-Vance Garrett (Entertainment Director of Fire Island Pines, Director of Black Party and Vance Garrett Productions, New York).
